The first step is to fill out the form with contact information and a brief description of what will be stored. You can select or decline additional rental protection for your belongings.

Payment for the first month is prorated based on your move-in date. A $25 deposit will also apply. You can select a one-time payment via credit card or ACH, or you can choose to have your account set up for reoccurring billing. Since many occupants are local, they like to drop off a check in the office door mail slot. Its up to you how to pay monthly.

After the storage unit is paid for, you will receive a code to the temporary facility lock that is on your unit. Once you have a lock of your own, place the facility lock inside the office mail slot.

That’s it, the storage space is yours to move in to.
